My Name Is Jennifer Moss
I am the proud Owner of JennX Consulting! I began my Human Resources Career back in the 1990’s in a temp role at a Fortune 500 company in the Aviation & Aircraft sector. At that time, I felt like I had ‘stumbled’ into HR, but I have since realized the world of HR actually found me!
I was immediately intrigued at the vast array of multiple facets within Human Resources… and the learning opportunities have been endless! This is originally what fueled me to dive in headfirst and begin absorbing as much as possible. I have since gained nearly 29 years of experience to become a leading expert in Human Resources and People Management.
I have been fortunate to work across many different sectors during my time in Corporate America, with 18 of those years in collaboration with international organizations. I have worked with C-Suites/Executives across multiple HR disciplines which honed my skills in a variety of capacities. I have been fortunate enough to gain experience with a diverse set of industries, including established businesses and startup environments.
Human Resources is in my DNA! I am passionate about helping organizations and business owners navigate their way through the overwhelming world of employment law compliance, so they can focus their attention to building their business.
When I am not working, I like spending time with family or friends; especially creating positive moments together. On other days, I am also keen on self-care and enjoy having “me time.” Either way, I am always open to new adventures and experiences if I can create lasting memories, and hopefully be surrounded by those I love!
