I began my Human Resources Career back in the 1990’s with a Fortune 500 company in the Aviation & Aircraft industry. Although a the time I felt like I had ‘stumbled’ into HR, I like to tell people the world of HR actually found me!
I was immediately intrigued at the vast array of multiple facets within Human Resources… and the learning opportunities have been endless! This is originally what fueled me to dive in headfirst and begin absorbing as much as possible. I have since gained nearly 29 years of experience to become a leading expert in Human Resources and People Management.
